Onboarding Coordinator

Overview
The Gravity Center Foundation seeks a part-time Onboarding Coordinator to support entrepreneurial programming, manage onboarding processes, and oversee essential administrative tasks. This role involves organizing events for startups, managing logistics, and serving as a key liaison between the Foundation and its partners.
This position also serves as a central communication hub for the Foundation—connecting entrepreneurs and potential clients to appropriate programs and services through phone, text, and limited in-person office hours.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, adaptable, and experienced in event coordination and ecosystem engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating entrepreneurial programs to support startups and foster innovation
- Assist with organizing and managing event logistics for workshops, seminars, and networking sessions
- Act as liaison between the Foundation, partners, and entrepreneurs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inquiries, directing individuals to relevant resources and services
- Support onboarding processes for program participants, partners, and stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the Board for monthly meetings, including data management, reporting, and correspondence
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with event coordination and familiarity with entrepreneurial ecosystems preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities in a dynamic environment
Position Details
- Part-time position with an expected schedule of 20–25 hours per week
- A minimum number of weekly hours may become mandatory as the role evolves
- Flexible scheduling with some remote work options
- Responsibilities may shift or expand based on organizational needs
